“My son started at Rocket Academy the beginning of August. He is 2 years old and we moved into the area from Scarborough.
We were going through a ton of change and transitioning our boy into day care was made very easy. I was able to come for multiple days in a row with him and then leave for a bit here and there. I found this absolutely necessary in order for my son to build a bit of a relationship with the teachers while I was there. Rocket Academy is clean, well organized, educational, inclusive and the staff are nothing but caring and loving. I am able to log on daily to the cameras and see how my boy is doing. It is so nice to be able to watch him eat some lunch, nap on his little cot, play on a bicycle outside, or sit nice for circle and songs. The ability to view the camera’s is included in the child care fees, which is amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about Rocket Academy. I toured probably 10 daycares in Brampton before choosing this one. So I know what’s out there and this day care is top notch!!!”

"Rocket Academy's level of professionalism, compassion and structure has always
impressed us. We have complete confidence in the ability of the teachers and
management. The interest in learning and advanced skills that our son shows is a
true testament to that."---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Both of our children have attended Rocket Academy ELC, and we've never regretted our decision to enroll our children. The Staff at Rocket Academy has been amazing to work with. They treat the kids as if they are their own, and what they've learned just amazes us. Our son is now in Grade 1, but started at Rocket Academy when he was 15 months in the infant class, and went all the way to Preachool One before starting Junior Kindergarten. Our daughter started at 12 months in the infant class, and is now in Preschool two, and what they have both learned is phenomenal.
Daycare most definitely isn't cheap, but the outcome we have seen with both of our kids makes it worth every single penny that we've paid. A lot of people have said "what could they possibly learn in daycare", "send them to a babysitter, or home daycare it's cheaper" etc, but we will be the first to tell them that they actually prep the kids for elementary school, they do actually learn, and they learn a lot.
My husband and I talked about it before and we come to the conclusion that as much as we've raised our children, as much as we've taught them, as much as we love them, as much as we make them feel safe, Rocket Academy ELC has also had a major hand in raising them, teaching them, loving them, making them feel safe, and are helping to make them into the little people that they are.
We would strongly recommend Rocket Academy ELC, and can not say enough good things about them.

I'm so happy to have my daughter attend Rocket Academy. All staff members are very friendly and truly treat the children like family. When my daughter first started, the staff truly went out of their way to accommodate her and make the transition easy and comfortable for both her and I. She has a blast everyday and I feel great dropping her off every morning knowing that she's with people that genuinely care.I honestly am so happy that I was able to get my daughter in. Since she's been there I've already noticed a positive difference in her; she gotten into a better routine, her vocabulary is expanding, and she's even gotten the hang of using the potty! I love the peace of mind having live video feed so I can check in on her anytime but even if I didn't have it the the staff assure me with writing about her day if I ask and letting me know of any concerns or achievements without asking. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about these kids.-Renee~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~We have two kids attending , and we've never regretted our decision to enroll our children. .....been an amazing experience for myself and my children! My eldest is a graduate of the Centre and my little one currently attends. With both children, I can only speak of positive, wonderful experiences!
The staff are extremely caring, professional, attentive, and loving. When I leave my child at drop-off, I leave with a sense of security that my child is in good, safe, loving hands.
As a result of the experience, my son entered kindergarten with a solid foundation of not only curriculum, but with a sense of routine and structure in a classroom setting. He transitioned in to Kindergarten having the confidence and knowledge of how to behave, listen, interact, and socialize in a school environment!
My little one adores her teachers and I can see the attention and care that is given every day to her and her peers.
I love how the Supervisor, ECEs, and Staff make a point of ensuring the safety and needs are met for each individual child!
Not only has Just For Kids taught my children to be more self-sufficient and independent, but it has provided my children with amazing memories from all the exciting activities, Spirit Weeks, Summer-fun, and Field-trips provided!
I am extremely thankful and appreciative of all the benefits provided for our family!- Lisa~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I have nothing but great things to say about them. The staff is great. They really make the kids feel comfortable with the transition to daycare and are extremely loving and caring, as well as knowledgable.
The food is well balanced and healthy.
I especially love all the extra curriculars that are offered like dance, yoga, gymnastics, and field trips.
The use of cameras is also a bonus in case one is curious as to what their child is doing during the day.
I felt at ease leaving my kids every morning and looking forward to having my third child attend.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After 18 months at home with our children, my youngest was starting daycare. I was concerned as he was very attached to me and I thought he'd have a hard time transitioning into daycare. very accommodating with our morning visits. The staff in Toddler Room 1 included him in all aspects of the program. When it was time for me to leave he seemed at ease and enjoyed the stimulating activities that were available to him. When there were tears, Kim was great about making herself available to hold him as I left in the mornings. I was really surprised at how quickly he transitioned. In less than 3 weeks the crying had stopped. After that he couldn't get his coat off fast enough and was eager to head into his classroom. At pick-up time, he always had a smile on his face and a big hug for me!
One of the things that was surprising for me was that all of the staff knew his name. As we walked in every morning he was greeted numerous times by staff members that did not routinely work with him. The staff has created a very loving and welcoming atmosphere for parents and children. They keep the lines of communication open and I felt like I could go to Shauna or his classroom teachers with any concerns or questions.
My son has eczema and we have tried dietary changes as well as constant moisturizing to treat his condition. The Toddler Room 1 teachers were diligent about applying moisturizers with each diaper change. Kim kept me up to date about any improvements that she noticed. Shauna quickly implemented changes with the caterer as needed. It was a relief to know that I could count on them to give him the treatment that I would administer if I were with him.
Thank you, for such a positive daycare experience for our family!
